In three separate coaching sessions this week, I was asked “How do I do more with less?”
As each client asked the question, their shoulders were slouched, and there was more than a bit of hopelessness in their voice.
In response, I asked them if they remembered the movie, Apollo 13. Watch this clip, especially the first minute. (Don’t be surprised though if you end up watching the whole thing and then stream the movie tonight.)
