Through the Culture and Leadership Operating System, we work with you to create a system for how people fundamentally approach work in your organization, and install it with every member of your team all the way down to creating crystal clear agreements on day-to-day work processes.

This full spectrum service is delivered in 4 phases, customized to your organization:

Phase 1 – Discovery

We collaborate to identify the core principles by which your leaders will operate, and the practices or processes that support each principle. The deliverable for this phase is your Leadership Framework. This includes a detailed description of each part of the framework and what it looks like in practice, the training approach needed to support the delivery of the framework, and full Create, Implement and Sustain plans with at least two options for the project, along with anything else you want to specify.

Phase 2 – Create

Based upon the approved deliverable from Phase 1, we build out all associated training material to enable the delivery of training to your leaders and associates. We then deliver our proven approach to a scalable solution, which includes self-paced learning modules, in-person workshops, and sustaining activities like community accountability through outlets such as group coaching and Slack, weekly leadership lessons, 1 on 1 coaching, and Lunch & Learns with the CEO and other senior leaders.

Phase 3 – Implement

We work with you to determine the best implementation strategy, before we begin delivering the training to groups of 10-20 of your leaders and key contributors. After the first group completes the training, we make revisions to the material (if required).

Phase 4 – Sustain

We may provide or facilitate activities that will support leaders in sustaining new habits and actions from the training. We will work together to create a Sustain strategy before this phase begins. The Sustain phase may also include a “train-the-trainer” component that would equip your internal resources to facilitate delivery of training on the leadership framework.
