My Heart’s Bio

My name is Jeff Harmon and I’ve spent most of life afraid that this would be my final epitaph:

I’ve spent my professional life managing risk, putting plans in place to accomplish goals and worrying about whether I had what it took, and whether others would love and accept me.

For the last 15 years, personal development has been a priority in my life, and I have a lot to thank it for, including growing in self-awareness, creating a growth mindset, and shifting from a self focus to an other-oriented focus.

These have all helped me gain massive ground in my life and business.

However, I’ve come to realize that much of the personal development work I did actually put a mask over what is going on in my heart, and what needed to be tended to on a deeper level.

I am a heart-centered person but the truth is I’ve spent most of life stepping around my heart.

There was an ache in my heart that needed care and it hasn’t been until recently that ache has been tended to in a proper way.

As I’ve learned where my true identity comes from and how to show up authentically to serve, people have responded to me with deeper levels of connection and I’ve been able to serve and lead more powerfully.

This is the place I operate from when I serve my clients. I help shepherd them to connect to their heart, more deeply to the hearts of others and to bring their strength to the people and places where they lead.
