What’s included in the package

Your company culture assessment.

We gather input from every employee to identify what employees value most, what they say the current culture is, and what they desire the culture to be. Included in this assessment is the identification of the factors that are potentially limiting the organization.

Results presentation
(virtual or in-person).

We share the results of the culture assessment and layout the key themes, impact of the results and a high-level road map to addressing both opportunities and points of concern.

Facilitated dialogue
(virtual or in-person ) on results with senior leadership and a
cross-section of employees.

These group discussions are conducted to validate what the assessment results are saying and put company-specific terminology and examples to describe the current and desired culture. The output of these discussions are used as input for the culture development plan.

Culture development plan.

We meet with the senior leadership team and human resources to create a plan which serves as a 12-month road map to address cultural challenges and seize opportunities that were identified during this process.
