We take a high-definition picture of the current culture and the desired culture of your organization and at the end of this process, you will have the following insights:
- Learn how closely aligned your current culture and desired culture are, and what it will take to get to where you want to go.
- The specific gaps between the current and desired culture, for example, if your desire is to be a people-first culture, but your current culture is prioritizing income.
- Uncover where your organization is experiencing cultural entropy, and determine what needs to happen to allow it to move more nimbly in the direction you want.
- We’ll put a 90 day plan together to create positive shifts necessary for you to reach the desired culture for your organization.
If your application is selected, you will receive a free session valued at $2200. The only required investment is your time, energy, and focus.
The State of Your Culture is a two week process that includes the following:
- Proprietary culture assessment tool
- Questionnaire to solicit input from key members of your team
- Up to three hours of in-depth discussion with Jeff Harmon
- 90 day Culture Road map
- 90 days of email support from Jeff as you execute your road map
