Today, I’m talking about planning. While it may seem like a straightforward process, there are very specific things you can do as a leader to make the process more efficient for both yourself and your team. I’d encourage you to use these four questions to create a solid plan for you to manage, communicate and work from.


 

 

When determining how you’ll accomplish the tasks or projects on your plate each day, take a pad of sticky notes and brainstorm the breakdown of sub-tasks that make up the overall task or project.
