(This week kicks off a blog series to give you a sneak peak at The Intentional Leader, our leader development platform for teams and small-medium sized organizations. More details at the bottom.)
Wouldn’t you love it if your people would take more ownership? Perhaps you’ve tried to create an environment where that can happen but you’re just not seeing the results you want.
This week, I’ve recorded this video for you so that you can help your people to start taking more ownership of the problems or situations they bring to you.
Each time someone comes to you with a problem or situation, ask one or both of these questions:
1. What have you already done to address this?
2. What do you specifically need support on?
For more detail on what works about the question, “What specific part of what you shared would you like help with?” check out this blog post.
