Transformational executive coaching that works within the constraints of an ultra-busy worklife
The kind of leadership that transforms a culture and achieves exponential results is about authentic connection.
In short: Who you are and how you lead matters
This kind of leadership begins with learning how to lead yourself first.
It’s not just what you do as a leader, but who you ‘be’ as you do it. It’s from this place that your best leadership unfolds. Executive coaching will help you:
- Build self-awareness and confidence while executing an ambitious business strategy
- Get clear on your blind spots and how they might be holding you and your team back from growth
- Learn how to show up authentically and build trust with your team so that they willingly give their whole heart to the company’s mission
- Get support in dealing with hard conversations, complicated situations, and the inherent sticky areas that come with business growth
- Feel unconditionally supported and believed in
What’s Included in the Package:

This is for you if:
- You care genuinely about the people you’re called to lead in your life
- You have nothing to hide, fear or prove (or you desire to get to the point where you can say this)
- You have a vision for impacting others and the world and another achievement doesn’t make you come alive
- You have a sense that there is more possible in your life and leadership, and that there is a part of you that is holding you back
- You have a vision for the culture they want to create
- You’re busy, but will make the time for your culture and people
This is not for you if:
- You believe that if you just had the right plan of attack you’d be able to achieve the results you want
- You think the gap between where you are and where you want to be is filled with more skill and better information
- You are looking to build confidence to create the things you want in your life and leadership. (psst.. Confidence is a result. Courage is the requirement)
- You’re not interested in talking about things like your heart, connection, your personal relationships and similar heart-based questions.
Topics We Cover
Authenticity
When a leader is not authentically showing up, the team can see straight through them. Knowing who you are and what you value, and aligning these with your organization, is key to showing up authentically.
Creating Psychological Safety
Psychological safety is the belief that a person or team is safe for risk-taking, decision-making, and disagreement in the face of being seen as wrong or inferior. When this is in place, team members no longer operate from a place of fear, uncertainty, or doubt, but instead feel empowered and supported by their leaders and colleagues.
Servant Leadership
Learn how to be hard-nosed about results and hold your people accountable while maintaining a commitment to putting people first. You are a steward of the people you lead and your responsibility in the organization. In this landscape of your stewardship, you can’t be a good steward of your people if the wheels fall off the project or business. The ideal intersection of these two comes when a culture intently focused on results is guided by serving people.
Wholeheartedness
Leadership takes courage, and courage takes heart. This is why great leadership is a matter of heart. Wholehearted leadership means unraveling your identity and worth as it relates to leadership and work, learning how to bring strength, love, and dignity on behalf of your team, and shifting your attention from accomplishments, awards, air miles traveled, or dollars earned towards virtues like impact, legacy, and character.
Work-Life Integration
Many people have a convoluted view of what work is and what it means, and what it says about us. For all of us, there’s something about our relationship to work that drives our behavior in one way or another. What lens are you approaching it with?
Play
Learning how to play through the process so that it’s fun and flows naturally is the key to a healthy, sustainable work life.
Leadership Scorecards
This is why every leader needs to create their own leadership scorecard and check it frequently. A leadership scorecard looks different for everybody. It’s a place to keep track of the key indicators that tell you how you’re doing on your leadership specifically. It’s something you should visit quarterly, at a minimum, but it should be something you’re getting input on in every single one of your 1:1’s.
What People Are Saying
After meeting and working with Jeff to support a mutual client, I engaged him to be my executive coach. He has a coaching style that both challenges and inspires me. Through our powerful coaching conversations, Jeff has helped me to identify and articulate a stronger mission and purpose for my professional life. I have sought speaking opportunities and client engagements that I previously would not have dared – all because Jeff got me to believe not only that I was ready to pursue those opportunities, but also that I have an obligation to share my gifts and my purpose with the world. I proudly and wholeheartedly recommend Jeff as a coach and mentor.
